The Adair County Ambulance District (ACAD) is one of the largest ambulance districts in Northeast Missouri. Adair County serves as our primary coverage area, has a population of 25,607 and covers 569 square miles. ACAD has a longstanding tradition of providing the highest quality of pre-hospital emergency and non-emergency treatment and transport to the citizens of Adair County and Northeast Missouri.
