An Automated Interview is a new way to screen job candidates. The Employer designs an interview questionnaire for each opening and invite candidates by e-mail. Candidates visit our website and record their answers to each question. Candidates cannot see what questions are coming in advance, so the Employer sees their real-time, unrehearsed, unresearched answers. The interview video recording is captured by our system, ready for Employer to search, view and score at their convenience.
