ALFALUZ
www.alfaluz.caAlfluz is an oil production technology company with offices in Houston, Texas and Calgary, Canada. Over the course of the past few years, we have perfected our proprietary M-CRACK system, which uses charge modification principles to quickly separate contaminants from heavy oil during the production process without the use of dilutants. The main output from the M-CRACK is increased yield of pipeline-ready oil, which in turn increases overall profit margin. The cost-effective and 100% environmentally-friend M-CRACK system is installed directly in line with the production pipe at the production facility. Heavy oils, combined with our proprietary Petromax® product and cold water, move through the system changing the charge of the heavy oil to match that of the contaminants. The resulting repulsion has a similar effect to the positive and negative charges of magnets, in this case instantaneously breaking the emulsion and separating solids from the hydrocarbon mix. Among these solids are salts and heavy metals. Simultaneously, H2S is virtually eliminated while asphaltenes and paraffin are significantly reduced. The result is an increased yield of pipeline-ready crude oil that has a dramatically reduced density and viscosity.
