Animal Breeding Centre (ABC) is a unit managed by NDDB Dairy Services situated at Salon, in the Rae Bareli district of Uttar Pradesh. NDDB Dairy Services is a not-for-profit Company under section 25 of the Companies Act and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB). It functions as a delivery arm of the NDDB for field operations promoting Producer Companies and Productivity Services. In light of providing affordable high-quality genetics to dairy farmers, NATIONAL DAIRY DEVELOPMENT BOARD, with its deep-rooted commitment, commissioned the Animal Breeding Centre (ABC) in April 1988.
