Our team consists of qualified A-Grade Licensed Electricians and ACMA Registered Communications Technicians, many of whom have been with us for over 15 years. Since our incorporation in 1973 Rotric has trained in excess of 150 Australian Electrical Apprentices who have gone on to become licensed electricians. We believe, retaining skills in house and developing the next generation of electricians is hugely important to our industry and so each year we take on a number of apprentices direct or through supporting the Neca Apprentice Group Training scheme. We value ongoing training and development and offer our team members the opportunity to further develop their skills in house by joining our estimating or projects team. In 2012, we implemented an ISO Certified Integrated Management System to continually improve and develop our Quality, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.
