Lucy is a qualified modern energy tapping practitioner and combines this with the Strategic Intervention coaching techniques of Tony Robbins to create her Light Centred Coaching. She teaches how our energy level affects all that we do and teaches simple ways to clear energy blocks to release extra energy for our lives. Her fun, simple techniques empower her clients to live to their full potential. She helps her clients see that when we understand the power of our choices, we can adopt the thoughts, beliefs and emotions that support our desired lifestyles. She also works with the Akashic Records (using Soul Realignment) to help her clients understand who they are on a soul level and how to access their divine gifts and talents.
