We are a training organization focused on the young female Nigerian entrepreneur. Our motivations are both philanthropic and scientific. First, we find it hard to swallow that so many people don’t get a fair chance in life, simply because they didn’t had the opportunity to get an education or experienced other obstacles in their pursuit for happiness. Second, traditional educational and human resource services are no longer able to keep the pace with dynamics in modern economic and social life. This requires a radical different approach that not only respects but also knows how to build on the assets that the environment provides – social, cultural and ecological.
