Since its incorporation in 1986, WHCHC’s mission has always been to develop safe, decent and affordable housing for people with limited incomes, enhancing the community and supporting economic diversity. WHCHC envisions sustainable communities of healthy, diverse neighborhoods within West Hollywood and the greater Los Angeles area that provide secure, service-enriched environments for residents, especially those with special needs.
