BecomingX is a learning and development company that aims to create a world where everyone can realise their potential. We believe that there is no mystery behind what it takes to succeed - it is identifiable, codifiable and teachable. Co-founded by Bear Grylls, we aim to demystify what it takes to succeed and to help people build the confidence and skills to succeed. We do this in three ways: 1) Films: We create films with the world’s most inspiring and iconic people to help ‘demystify’ what it really takes to succeed. We work with Presidents, Nobel Peace Prize winners, Olympic gold medallists, CEOs, adventurers, humanitarians... and less well known people who have achieved extraordinary things 2) Learning and development: We create world class learning and education content to help build the personal attributes needed to succeed (e.g. ‘problem solving’, ‘leadership’, ‘effective communication’, ‘resilience’ etc.) 3) BecomingX Foundation: We have set up our charity to help people in lower income and underserved communities – the charity has access to all of our IP and films and we also help fund them so they can deliver our goal for free We aim to reach 100m people in the next three years and help people dream big and achieve their ambitions.
