What started out with a single client wanting a resource for store associates to call and troubleshoot vacuum repair issues. At VSI, we do not repair, we remanufacture. Our technicians completely disassemble each unit, replacing worn and broken parts with new parts. It is then washed, waxed and checked by quality control.
