Umbrella Realty was born when the Director has found that there was a real need for a change in the way that Real Estate has been operating in the Southwest of WA. Unlike most Real Estate Agencies in the area the company has been named for the people – not after the owner or a Franchise. Here at Umbrella, we want to change the way real estate is right now. We want to change the game and the way people feel about real estate. When we did a survey we found that 90% of people would not recommend any particular real estate agent in the Bunbury area. 80% of people felt that they were not treated seriously or with respect. 75% of People felt that the response time was slow in regards to an enquiry. It’s time for a change and most importantly cost appropriate fee’s.
