For over 20 years we have worked to equip people around the country to grow their capacity to manage their anxiety, adapt to change, and work for the common good through coaching relationships, and through our books and trainings. But the world is changing at an unrelenting pace and many leaders still lack the capacity to effectively help their organization navigate their mission in the context of deep change. We believe it isn’t due to a shortage of resources on the topics, but that few are coaching people to apply and master the skills over time. That is why we started this business, to come alongside leaders who are committed to working on their own maturity while taking a stand for what they believe is right and then seeing it through. We want to help leaders create and sustain the kind of creative tension that produces real change by growing their capacity to stay connected in the face of anxiety and disagreement.
