For nearly 50 years, our client-focused process has resulted in architecture that connects beauty with function and our clients’ vision with reality. Each project begins and ends with discovery: of an organization’s unique needs; of a community’s character and aspirations; of the details that spark the “big idea” behind each design. Successful projects begin with strong relationships. We engage our clients in a collaborative dialogue throughout the process. We exchange ideas, share expertise and – above all – we listen. Through open, candid communication, we gain consensus and create truly successful design. Our studio is comprised of 35 staff members, including 15 full-time licensed architects, NCIDQ qualified interior designers and support staff, many of whom are LEED accredited professionals, collaborating with one another, our clients and our consultants to deliver outstanding service and value to our clients.
