Civil and Earth Australia (CEA) specializes in multi discipline design and construction engineering services spanning civil and mechanical engineering, bulk earthworks and project management across the transport, water and environmental market sectors. We are a new business (est. 2017), located in Echuca but our people have a lifetime of experience in the civil construction industry. Our partners established the business with a goal of providing exceptional service to our clients by sharing our experience in large regional project delivery. We believe this is lacking in the industry where there is a trend toward corporatisation. Being based in regional Victoria and with our partners all growing up in primary agriculture, we strive to offer practical common-sense solutions, honesty, and integrity.
