Urban Ventures is a Denver based real estate company focused on the development of environmentally and socially responsible communities. Past work includes several loft projects in downtown Denver neighborhoods as well a 685 bed student housing community serving the Auraria campus in Denver. Current work includes participation on a Master Planning team for a Denver Housing Authority redevelopment adjacent to a light rail station, the redvelopment of an 18 acre convent in northwest Denver and the next phase of the student housing development.
