Our team is able to bring to the table more than 90 years of combined experience in the aviation industry and an unique understanding from working both with private consulting firms and managing airports from the local and federal levels. Our Managing Principal, Monica Newhouse-Rodriguez, brings with her more than 20 years of experience in both the private and public sectors, focusing on airport planning and capital development. She has held senior management positions overseeing nine individual airports ranging in size from general aviation to large hub airports and served as a private consultant to various sized airports around the United States. She has worked from the East Coast to the West Coast and throughout her experience collected very unique insight into how to address problems with varying circumstances. Principals Brad Kutchins, P.E., and George Groh, AIA, also bring a wealth of knowledge and the personal touch to each project. Mr. Groh carries with him over 30 years of airport management and consulting experience, including serving as Deputy Director of Planning and Development for the Louis Armstrong International Airport. Mr. Kutchins also has over 30 years of airport consulting experience, which includes serving as an FAA Program Manager for Southeast Louisiana and Northwest Arkansas.
