Having been in the banking industry for 25 years, with a strong concentration on compliance, I received my CRCM certification in 2011. I offer my experience and knowledge through necessary, periodic reviews/audits, transaction monitoring, staff training, policy and procedure review and implementation, and support to community banks on an as-needed, or a contract basis.
