The Kikulu Foundation is removing barriers to education for children in Uganda so they can act upon their dreams and thrive. Since 2012, the organization has invested more than $140k in education for hundreds of children and teachers in East Africa. The organization's team and board members are based in Seattle, Dallas, and Uganda. The Kikulu Foundation has been recognized by SMU and the Dedman College of Human Rights, LuminAID, Voyage Dallas, and Global Citizen.
