Fighting Fit is a family run fitness and wellbeing business operating from Royston Heath, SG8 5BG.  It is our aim to get as many people as fit and healthy as possible in a friendly, positive environment.  We are here to assist and support you on your fitness journey, regardless of your age, sex or fitness level.    In addition to running a gym-based fitness solution that can be offered to your staff on a Corporate scheme, we offer wellbeing workshops to businesses of all sizes. Our services include virtual and in-person workshops to support, develop and reward staff’s wellbeing.  With the arrival of home based and hybrid working since the start of the COVID pandemic we have worked with businesses to enable staff to have a toolbox of resources to keep their emotional and physical wellbeing in optimum condition, resulting in improved productivity, and reduced absences.
