PixelCount Studios, creators of Kynseed, is an independent games developer and publisher that sprung from the ashes of Lionhead Studios. Based in England, our studio was founded in 2016 by Lionhead veterans who had been involved in every Fable game and is home to a team of talented coders and creatives now guided by two games industry executives with decades of development and publishing experience. PixelCount’s first project is Kynseed, a hugely ambitious 2D sandbox RPG full of quirk and charm. Released at the end of 2022 on PC with a Metacritic of 86 and now, in 2023, being improved upon, localised and converted to consoles.
