Children’s Advocacy Center of North and Northwest Cook County, based in Hoffman Estates, serves more than 1,000 children and their families each year in 38 suburban communities. The CAC provides coordinated forensic interviewing, professional counseling, court advocacy and support services to children who have experienced sexual abuse or severe physical abuse. The streamlining of valuable resources benefits children, families and the community at large. A 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization, CAC is a fully accredited member of the National Children’s Alliance. CAC provides all services free of charge.
