Envision RISE was founded as an evolutionary platform utilizing the methods of Organizational Management (OCM), Human Resource Management (HRM), and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) to create a powerful integration and understanding of the relationship between the organization and the actual workforce. Fostering Respect through Inclusion, Service, and Equity, our training and service models introduce methods for globalization of diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee resource networks, community outreach strategies while embedding the RISE culture throughout the enterprise ecosystem.
