Systems7 (S7) is an Oslo-based advisory firm that helps business leaders avoid forced transitions by transforming their organisations with intent. Drawing on our team´s past experience of working with global businesses from the energy, financial services, tech, FMCG sectors and more, we design and deliver work programmes that help leadership teams accelerate transformation. Fuelling our work is an ambition to help the companies that matter to the future outperform the ones who don't.
