Semcac is a 501c3 nonprofit organization designated to serve the seven counties of Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Houston, Mower, Steele & Winona. Additionally, Semcac offers limited services in the counties of Goodhue, Rice, Olmsted, Wabasha and Waseca. Semcac operates programs within the following departments: Head Start (& Early Head Start), Community Development (Energy Assistance, Housing, Weatherization), Senior Services (Sen. Nutrition, Caregiver Advocacy), Semcac Clinic (family planning), Outreach & Emergency Services & Transportation (Rolling Hills Transit, Volunteer Driver Program).
