Cassel & Fletcher team is headed by fourth generation property entrepreneur Noah Fletcher. Inspired by his great grandfather – Joseph H Cassel – who joined his father’s construction firm A Cassel & Sons in Manchester in the early 1930s. Noah has special connections with the city region and this is where the company focuses the majority of its activities. Today the company builds homes all over the North West re-purposing traditional commercial buildings or taking niche pieces of land and turning them into quality residential schemes for a discerning customer.
