Founded in 1970, today PINEDA is a family owned design and consultancy company focused on Architectural, Engineering and Project Management services for the construction industry. We are present in a varied list of clients across the Industrial, Logistics and Residential sector through our subsidiary companies Pineda Arquitectes, Svampineda Engineering and partnerships. The team at PINEDA consists of Senior Project Managers, Architects and Engineers with the capacity to cover all services required for a project including urban planning, full design, project and construction management. PINEDA has incorporated technologies and methods (BIM but also Lean management) and today we are developing projects for sector leading clients in a collaborative and fast track approach.
