We offer hope and tools to help our clients manage conflict constructively, communicate authentically, heal from infidelity and other betrayals, rebuild trust, deepen both emotional intimacy and physical intimacy, and build the relationship they desire. We employ the latest methods and advances in couples treatment including emotionally-focused therapy, Gottman Method therapy, developmental couples therapy and neuropsychobiological approaches. A French-speaking therapist is available. Evening appointments are also available. Our philosophy is that a connected, trusting, committed couples relationship is the basis for a strong family and provides a secure base for a happy life. Our mission, therefore, is to help as many couples as we can find renewed hope in their relationship, greater intimacy, and deeper connection to each other, and to assist our clients to prepare for, build and maintain strong relationships. Cobb & Associates was established in 2013 as a group practice specializing in the delivery of couples therapy and treatment. Prior to 2013, the principal owner and director of Cobb & Associates, Dr. Nathan Cobb, owned and operated a solo private practice for seven years, starting in 2006, specializing in couples therapy. Dr. Cobb has spent the majority of his 20+ year career learning and developing ways to assist couples to make their relationship with each other strong and secure, to deepen their connection, build trust in each other, and to train and assist other therapists in these same skills. Cobb & Associates now employs four additional associates who each bring valuable skills and expertise to the process of helping our clients build strong and connected relationships.
