The 1st aquavit recipe was released August 2012. It is a Dill Aquavit, which will pair well with rich seafood like crab and lobster, and preserved fish such as herring and salmon; providing a cleansing note yet with a smooth finish. Our 2nd recipe has been produced and will be released as soon as the TTB approvla is received. Please enjoy aquavit with your family and friends.
