You just need to connect your accounts through the service and we will do the rest. The service processes your data by using Big Data principles and generates recommendations based on foolproof habits validated by institutions like Health.gov, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) that will help you achieve wellness. Bien.io is "Google Now" for Health and Fitness.
