Now in its sixth year, Head Coach Training Center® is the premier annual event for college basketball coaches. HCTC focuses exclusively on off-the-court professional development strategies and networking opportunities for coaches looking to obtain a highly coveted first time or new Head Coach position, as well as how to be successful in that role. Current head coaches will share stories about their distinct individual career paths and unique strategies for becoming and succeeding as a Head Coach. HCTC also features collegiate AD’s, athletic administrators, conference commissioners, search firm executives, industry leaders, and leadership experts who will share their perspective of the search process and how coaches can thrive in pursuing and excelling in a Head Coach position.
