Since 2002, NCF has provided construction administration services to various residential mortgage lenders giving them the ability to offer a true One-Time Close FHA Construction/Permanent Loan in-house without the expense of managing and maintaining their own construction loan department. In addition, we also now administer a true OTC VA and USDA/RHS Const/Perm Loan Program. NCF provides the experience, efficiency, and expertise for these loan programs, so the mortgage lender can offer these unique loan products to their clients with very minimal to no change to their current workflow and processes.
