Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) is one of the research-validated psychotherapies and has accumulated an impressive amount of evidence that it is one of the most effective and efficient approaches to stress, anxiety, depression, and related disorders. In consultation with the client, we design the most effective and cost-efficient treatment plan that addresses the specific needs of the person. Our approach is very active, focused and structured to help the individual to understand and master the problem as quickly as possible.
