Saudi-Korean company for Maintenance and Property Management ('SAKOM') was established in 2017 by Al-Akaria (the Saudi Real Estate Company under PIF), POSCO E&C Saudi Arabia under PIF, and POSCO O&M, one of POSCO's subsidiaries specializing in building and facility maintenance. SAKOM provides a wide range of services related to real estate, construction, and contract management. Besides property management, SAKOM also provides building maintenance, facility management, and security services to increase the satisfaction of property owners and tenants.
