The Fund for Public Housing creates and leverages resources and relationships to enhance the opportunities and quality of life for New York City Housing Authority residents while uplifting the importance of public housing to our city. Through public-private partnership, the Fund for Public Housing amplifies and supports NYCHA’s critical mission to provide quality housing for New Yorkers that is sustainable, inclusive, and safe, while fostering opportunities for economic mobility. The Fund for Public Housing will invest in leadership development, workforce skills, healthy lifestyles and resident asset building, with a focus on NYCHA ‘s 100,000 youth and young adults (14-24 years of age) as a centerpiece of our commitment to creating economic opportunity and equity for all NYCHA residents. The Fund for Public Housing will offer powerful support to NYCHA's Blueprint for Change and elevate the impact of NYCHA residents on diversity and equity in NYC's economic recovery and future.
