We have successfully completed over 100 consultancies in over 40 countries since 1997 for U.S. Government Agencies, extractive industry multinationals and international development agencies. Our principal areas of expertise are Organizational Performance Improvement, Capacity Building and Institutional Strengthening, specifically in the sectors of Education, Health, Agriculture and Governance; Information Technology Assurance and Advisory Services; and Project and Program Evaluation and Design. In addition, we have considerable experience in conducting Social Impact Assessments (typically for extractive industry clients and infrastructure projects), designing Corporate Social Responsibility strategies, brokering Private Public Partnerships, and delivering management training and providing facilitation (in both French and English)
