Choice Rehabilitation provides Occupational and Physical Therapy services in Adams County, Indiana. By focusing on individualized treatment plans for clients we treat acute injuries, chronic pain and pre and post surgical rehabilitation. Staff has all received specialized training in work comp injuries including screening services for immediate post injury and managing injuries without lost time, restrictions or medication. Pre-employment screening, fit for duty testing, job analysis and ergonomics as well as drug testing services are available.
