Frankston Social Enterprise Hub (FSEH) is an initiative of Peninsula Health, Chisholm Institute and the Frankston Foundry. It exists to grow and develop the capacity of social enterprises in the Southern Metropolitan region of Melbourne. Its mission is to create an enabling environment for organisations and individuals to start up and scale social enterprises so they can thrive and create jobs, particularly for disadvantaged job seekers.
