“Unmukt, meaning azaad, free, unleashed – is meant to challenge the little boxes we have confined ourselves, and our children to. Unmukt intends to break open all such boxes, and give free reign to our dreams” Officially founded in October 2017, Unmukt Foundation is a non-profit organization based out of Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar and working in and around the city. We have been working with children from Shraddhapalli, imparting classes on art, dance, computational thinking, self-defense, etc. at our Unmukt Creativity Center. Unmukt has a vision to make holistic, localized, and indigenous education accessible to children; to create eco-friendly communities across India and the world. We aim to create a space - where kids choose, co-create, and excel; where individuals unshackle their inner artist; where communities learn to care for the environment.
