Gemmed is a therapeutic empowerment course for teens and young adults who struggle with self-esteem, body image, and eating disorders. Our goal is to assist in strengthening self-esteem and recovering from disordered eating by providing a safe, supportive and fun community of peers with the same goal. Together we explore new creative outlets, share a family meal and engage in group therapy to process life with eating disorders and just life itself.
