It is a human resource/business management consulting firm dedicated to guiding and educating business owners about the many facets of human resources that have a direct impact on operations. Whether it involves employment practices, hiring, discipline, terminations, records retention, workplace harassment prevention, training, compliance with FLSA/ADA/Title VII, OSHA, FMLA, ACA, to correctly completing an I-9 Form. Lisa is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She has over 20 years of professional, strategic, and tactical experience in Human Resources, counseling, crisis management, and community marketing. Lisa retains her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and her Senior Professional Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). Lisa is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Pittsburgh Human Resource Association (PHRA), Pittsburgh Consulting Community, and former member of The Chamber of Commerce (Pittsburgh North Regional & Airport), No BS Marketing/Profit Catapult Business School, Woman Small Business Association (WSBA), Girl Scout Parent Volunteer, and Senior Project Judge for Moon Area School District.
