Positive mental health is an essential component for a happy life. Art has the power to release tension and emotion through turning on the right part of the brain that allows good feelings to flow through the body. A Frame of Mind is Lancaster County's only non profit organization dedicated to helping youth and teens who endure depression, stress, and anxiety through visual art programming. Using art as vehicle, we guide our participants through various feelings and emotions as we drive through depression, anxiety, and stress. A Frame of Mind serves individuals who suffer from depression, stress, and anxiety.
