The Mentor Network is an award-winning KVINFO initiative that aims to integrate newcomers to Denmark into Danish society – both in terms of integration into the Danish labour market, but also in a more broad sense of gaining ‘insider-knowledge’ about living in Denmark. The structure and content of the one-to-one mentor partnership is up to the mentees and mentors entirely. Each partnership is unique and mentees and mentors work together to define the whats, hows and whys of the partnership. Members make up a support network who meet regularly at social and professional events run by KVINFO and the Mentor Network.
