Beder is a charity taking a unique approach to raising awareness around mental health and suicide prevention. Beder organise a range of exciting events and initiatives across education, wellness and recreation with the goal of increasing understanding and reducing fear around the topics of mental health and suicide in order to conquer the stigma surrounding these incredibly important, yet underestimated, issues. Beder has partnered with YoungMinds, a leading mental health charity, and Samaritans, an established and highly respected charity, working across UK and Ireland focused on reducing suicide.
