3D-AMi Ltd design and manufacture automated metrology based inspection systems for several industries. Our first product offering is the patent applied for 3D-AMi-CCi machine which inspects and measures the coverage and depth of conformal coating on PCBAs to micron resolution. Unlike other existing technologies for conformal coating inspection the 3D-AMi-CCi measures the depth of coating even on the component leads and solder joints at every point of the PCBA. Measured results can be sent back to application machines to automatically adjust and correct the process in line with the Industry 4.0 goals. We are currently making presentations and conducting trials to interested companies. The same 3D-AMi technology will be used in our future products such as 3D-AMi-SPi solder Paste inspection and 3D-AMi-PCBAi Solder joint and component placement inspection on PCBAs. We offer a very cost effective alternative to camera based inspection systems.
