Our story started small. With us owning several meat restaurants in Tallinn and Helsinki, having good quality charcoal was really important to us from day one. Unfortunately for us, finding it was the real challenge. Using supplier after supplier we found the quality varied, inconsistent and when we tried to communicate with these suppliers, we had very little luck. However, we managed to handpick several trustworthy and quality manufacturers based in Estonia and Finland. When we had built such great relationships for our own restaurants, it made sense to share the love and start distributing our charcoal to other restaurants and food chains in Estonia that were having the same issues. Now we are present in Estonia, Sweden, United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
