Arrow Benefits Group is a joint practice, consisting of several different independent employee benefit firms. The principals are Jordan Shields and Keith McNeil. We are a full service benefit and HR firm, arrayed to meet the vast and expanding needs of our clients – of all sizes, in all industries and with the many and varied situations that challenge them to provide the best and most cost efficient compensation package to their valued employees. Our firm is dedicated to the idea that benefits are a service, not a commodity. Benefit programs are not just about insurance numbers and markets, they are about peoples’ lives, dreams, hopes and aspirations. We are in the business of employee engagement – therefore, we act as an extension of an organization’s Human Resources Department (we are the HR back office, serving without praise but part of every appraisal). Put more formally, we customize communications, design and funding for employee benefits and integrate with full end to end HR and benefits administration. Put more simply, our firm bases its work on what you do, who you are, and why you exist. The plans we create and build upon thus reflect what it is you want, and your employees need. Your advisor should be committed to proficiency and professionalism, but with passion. Both their quality and quantity of service should reflect these values – and yours, because benefits are important to your employees – and thus to you. To do this, we have a basic philosophy from which several strategies emanate.
