The Discovery District is the University of Maryland's research park. This innovation and technology hub houses university-founded startups, industry partners, federal agencies, academic research centers, a public charter school, the first WeWork to be located on a university campus, and companies and organizations of all sizes. Our community consists of parks, trails, a scenic lake, tennis courts, an ice rink, and an aviation museum.
