ÉLAN RDC is a private sector development programme which aims to improve the way markets work in the DRC in order to increase the incomes of over a million low-income men and women by 2020. We partner with and provide expertise to market actors, such as businesses, financial institutions and industry associations, to design and facilitate the introduction of sustainable and innovative industry changes that will build a more efficient and inclusive economy. ÉLAN RDC is implemented by the consultancy firm Adam Smith International (ASI) and supported by the UK government. ÉLAN RDC est un programme de développement du secteur privé qui vise à améliorer le fonctionnement des marchés en RDC afin d’accroitre les revenus de plus d’un million d’hommes et femmes à faible revenu d’ici 2020. Nous nous associons et fournissons notre expertise aux acteurs du marché, tels que les entreprises, institutions financières et associations professionnelles afin de concevoir et faciliter l’introduction de changements durables et innovants dans l'industrie qui permettront de bâtir une économie plus performante et inclusive.
