Hi, my name is Maria and I am a Personal Trainer (PT), Group Exercise Instructor & Life Coach. My mission is to empower others to achieve their goals, fulfil their purpose & improve their wellbeing through movement and coaching. I look at where you are now, where you want to get to and together create a plan to get you there & build your confidence along the way.
