Uniqueness, excellence and research are the values that have guided Amedei in the creation of its chocolate since 1990 and that distinguish it throughout the world. Today Amedei Toscana produces 150 chocolate creations exported all over the world, using only and exclusively the best cocoa beans from various continents, places that preserve the origin and unique characteristics of this product of excellence. Amedei boasts more than 90 international awards and recognitions, such as the Tavoletta D'Oro by Compagnia del Cioccolato, the most important Italian chocolate institution, and several Golden Beans issued by the Academy of Chocolate in London, internationally recognized as the most relevant authority in the field. In August 2017, the company was acquired by Ferrarelle Società Benefit, with the aim of enriching its brand portfolio with high-quality Food & Beverage products, consecrating Amedei Toscana as a symbol of Made in Italy excellence in the world of artisanal chocolate. Thanks to the special relationship with Ferrarelle, Amedei has also strengthened its commitment in the area of sustainability, with the oversight of the entire production chain up to the creation of its packaging.
